Focus on a Brand New Experience of After-sales Service

Chery and Al-SARAB Jointly Initiate After-sales Campaigns for PRO Family Models

Symbolizing Chery's glorious return to the Iraqi market, Chery and its new partner Al-SARAB AUTO jointly held their first release press conference in September 2021 to introduce five PRO family models integrating Chery's latest technology, including TIGGO 8 PRO, TIGGO 7 PRO, TIGGO 4 PRO, etc. 

Following the launch of these PRO family models, Chery is committed to creating a new Pro service concept to provide after-sales service according to our customers' needs and improve customer satisfaction by successively implementing various customer care & service policies such as "Winter Service" and "Free Maintenance for Loyal Customers".

Starting from the first stop, Baghdad, in March 2022, Chery initiated the promotion of its new after-sales service package - "Premium Home Service". A professional, after-sales team led by Cherry's After-sales Director conducted one-on-one, door-to-door return visits for existing car owners to perform a free inspection of car conditions, Chery is also the first brand to carry out similar activities in Iraq? as well as prompt troubleshooting whenever necessary. By improving users' awareness about how to use their cars correctly, listening to customer feedback and exchanging driving experiences through this activity, we have established a closer relationship and built better trust between car owners and the Chery brand. 

With a deep presence in Iraq for years, Chery has been committed to caring for customers and improving their experience of consumer service. Chery has not only accumulated 80,000 car owners but also laid a massive loyal user base with more than 30,000 local fans of CHERY UNION in Iraq. Through a variety of special offers and promotions, including free car washes, free oil changes, 30% discount on spare parts and gift-giving, Chery is dedicated to protecting the benefits and interests of its privileged Chery owners.

Based on our existing 15 outlets, Chery is expected to expand its service network to 25 outlets by the end of this year to provide convenient maintenance and repair services for local users. And At present, we have opened service stations in Baghdad, Erbil, Dohuk, Sulaimaniyah and other cities.

By the end of April, we will open more service stations in Baghdad, Karbala, and Basra. It is expected that by the end of this year, it will be available throughout Iraq Open 15 service stations. Customers who have purchased Chery PRO models can additionally enjoy six-year quality coverage of RMB 200,000 for the complete vehicle, ten-year quality coverage of RMB 1,000,000 for the engine/transmission, as well as various value-added experiences such as free door-to-door delivery and roadside assistance.
